Aiera is entering a transformational period of growth, visibility, and market demand – and we are seeking an all-encompassing marketing intern to support this.

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work directly with Aiera’s Vice President of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support a wide range of projects. With an imminent fast-paced press cycle, new product launches, and expanding brand visibility, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the world of B2B fintech marketing — helping to capitalize on our momentum and expand Aiera’s market leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Public Relations Support: Assist in managing inbound press inquiries, outbound media outreach/pitching, monitoring coverage, and preparing press materials following Aiera’s high-profile announcements.
  • Top-of-Funnel Campaigns: Work with Sales and Marketing to ideate and execute creative methods to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Help craft compelling content for LinkedIn and other channels, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track KPIs.
  • Content Marketing: Support the coordination and creation of thought leadership content, such as blog posts, case studies, infographics, short-form videos, and more.
  • Light Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva or Figma to assist with visuals for social media, presentations, and digital content.
  • Market Research: Track competitor activity, media trends, and relevant events in the AI and finance landscape to help inform Aiera’s messaging and positioning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in marketing, PR, financial technology, and/or AI.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with simultaneous priorities.
  • Experience with social media, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.), or CRM systems (Salesforce and Hubspot) is a plus, but not required.
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn and contribute meaningfully.
